Former Wagoner County ADA faces misdemeanor charges after alleged drunk driving incident

Quick facts:

A former assistant district attorney accused of drunk driving will only face misdemeanor charges after he reportedly hit a neighbor and fled the scene.

The Muskogee County District Attorney filed charges against Eric Jordan Tuesday.

The two misdemeanors are for driving under the influence and personal injury while driving under the influence.

This is the first time Jordan is being charged with something like this, so he was not charged with a felony.
